1. BCG after 12 mos. Is given to high-risk groups according to NTBCP.

2. This final dose for Hib is necessary for children aged 12 – 59 mos. who received 3 doses before 1st birthday.
3. Minimum age for final dose of Hep.B is 24 weeks.

4. Minimum age for final dose of IPV is 4 years.

5. Maximum age for final dose for Rota is 6 months for Rotarix, 8 months for Rotateq & 12 months for Rotasil.

6. Booster doses in 5 years intervals are given whenever needed (e.g. Hajj or at risk).

7. No further doses of PCV needed for healthy children if first dose was administered at age 24 months or older.

8. Wait until at least 12 months old or if current age is 12 months or older and at least 1 dose was given before age 12 months.

9. The final 4th dose of PCV is necessary only for children aged 12-59 months who received 3 doses before age of 12 months or for at high risks who received 3 doses at any age.
